Hypersen Successfully Breaks Overseas Patent Barriers!

Recently, a pivotal turning point has been reached in the patent litigation between Hypersen and LMI Technologies Inc(Canada). With the
China National Intellectual Property Administration (CNIPA)
issuing a patent invalidation ruling that nullifies all infringement claims LMI asserted against Hypersen, the case has been fully clarified. LMI’s allegations of infringement are fundamentally untenable—technological legitimacy and judicial impartiality will always stand firmly on the side of genuine innovators.
Facts Clarified: Litigated Patent Invalidated, Judicial Impartiality Upheld
All patent claims on which LMI initiated the lawsuit have been declared invalid by the China National Intellectual Property Administration (CNIPA). This renders the legal basis for the original first-instance judgment nonexistent, and LMI’s so-called"victory" has lost all legal support. At present, Hypersen has legally filed a motion to dismiss LMI’s lawsuit with theSupreme People’s Court of the People’s Republic of China, and the relevant judicial proceedings are progressing steadily.
